Even with IDS it is hard to train Furd Feces not to end up back in Pieces. 

 I don't know but forget the relearn on the focus, that crap don't even work with the ids. reflash the tcm to the latest calibration(j2534  on line ) then do the clutch rub, that means floor that sucker from the line really hard , let it go thru all the gears and  do it a couple of times that will really clean the clutches from all debris and oil. no more hard shifting or shutter or all that weir shit they do , of-course  this is assuming the tcm, tranny is still good, you haven't blown the engine or crashed. they are a peace of shit excuse my French. I have done a couple of dozen of them with half and half results. good luck.
